Booking procedure

Please contact me via one of the methods below for information and/or a quote.

All bookings are subject to both parties signing a standard Musicians Union contract.

Wedding Bookings

As wedding bookings are usually longer term, and often tailored more specifically, the following arrangements apply:

1. Telephone, write, email or visit the website below to get in contact.

2. A £50 deposit (inclusive of total) secures the date, and covers administrative costs.

3. A meeting is usually arranged to discuss the music, times and any other details. (A contract is agreed and signed as a guarantee for both client and ourselves).

4. A guide CD can be put together for you to listen to at home, to ensure the music is exactly to your taste. Any other changes to the programme can be made up to 1 month prior to the engagement.

5. Complete payment is required no later than 1 month prior to the engagement.
